Every country has a different sport that the majority of them love to play. It doesn't have to be designated as a national sport for it to be popular.
The United Kingdom is the birthplace of many different sports! A few of them are - Golf, football, rugby, tennis, cricket, and badminton. Out of these varieties of sports, the sports UK follow the most are football, cricket and rugby.
Rugby is a full contact ball sport that has 15 members on each team, and their goal is to run with the ball in hand and reach the H - shaped goal post. The game has a tendency to become aggressive because of the way it is played, hence there is a saying:
